Born in Siberia, on a Baikal lake island. Despite her parents’ scorn, she used to like “wasting time”, looking at the waves for hours on end.
Even though she uses the language of graphic design, video and animation, she still thinks that the word painter describes her best. The leading theme of her art is awe for simple things and processes. Minimalism in graphic design, bafflement and rediscovering the confines of painting, as well as writing stories with moving animated pictures, are her greatest fascinations.
She used to study artistic graphic design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and painting at The Russian Academy of Arts in Krasnoyarsk. Graduate of Photography and Multimedia at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wrocław. Currently living, working, and building a house in the Kaczawskie Mountains.
